TERMS AN CONDITIONS
In these Conditions of Use shall be heard by:
The Company BLUE ANGELS: The LLC “Blue Angels” with a capital of one thousand Euros (€ 1000) based office at 41 Avenue de Pierrefeu, Residence San Bernardino II VALBONNE (06560), registered S.C.R. of the FAT under number 531 592 582.
LLC “Blue Angels” has its main purpose the provision of services to individuals and businesses, private concierge, residential management, e-commerce.
The activity includes all types of personal services outside the regulated activities, and also intermediation and the provision of business between suppliers and customers of the company and, more generally, all industrial, commercial, financial, securities or property, relating directly or indirectly to the purpose or likely to facilitate the expansion or development, any and all operations that can be attached directly to the above activities.
It is determined that the Company BLUE ANGELS acts as an intermediary in relations between clients and the various Partner Companies.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in some cases, and for interventions that do not require qualifications particular, the Company BLUE ANGELS can directly execute or Service (s) to meet the urgency of a situation.
The Client: The contractor of the Company BLUE ANGELS they are one-time customers and / or subscribers of the Company BLUE ANGELS, and they are professionals or non-professionals.
The Company Partner: any Services Company, a partner of the Company which may BLUE ANGELS make one or more service (s) offered by the Company BLUE ANGELS and accepted by the Customer.
ARTICLE 1 – APPLICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing any order.
Any other condition will be opposed by the Client, failing agreement by the prior and express BLUE ANGELS unenforceable society to society, regardless of when it may have been brought to its knowledge.
BLUE ANGELS If the Company does not rely on time of any provision of these Conditions of this tolerance shall be construed as a waiver to advantage later of any of said conditions.
ARTICLE 2 – CONTENTS AND AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
Services Company BLUE ANGELS are accessible to clients by purchasing a Subscription and / or customized services performed by a partner company and / or, where appropriate, BLUE ANGELS by the Company in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of these Terms and Conditions Sale.
The various services offered by Article 3 and 4 and the functionality of the Site may be changed and / or supplemented by the Company BLUE ANGELS to reflect the changing needs of the site and users.
The site is accessible 7 days 7 and 24/24 except for Force Majeure under Article 10 of These Conditions of Sale and subject to technical problems, not eligible for any compensation.
ARTICLE 3 – SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE ‘PROPERTY-MANAGEMENT ”
3.1 The registration
The subscriber must communicate its identity and contact information when registering to be contacted by a member of the Society BLUE ANGELS for the final registration.
3.2 formulas adapted
Services offered as part of a subscription service “Property-Management” include, but are not limited to, linking with one or more Company (s) Partner (s) in the following areas:
• Service Gardening / Landscaping
• Security Service: alarm system, surveillance camera, protection
• Pool Service and Maintenance
• Personal home cleaning / cleaning specialist
• Service plumbing and septic tank
• Air conditioning and electricity
• Interior decoration
• Renovation and construction
• Networking with estate agents
Subscriptions are entered for a period of twelve (12) months.
Without termination by either party pursuant to Article 3.3, the subscription is renewed
implication for the same period.
An estimate will be subject to acceptance by the Company’s Client Partner who will carry out the Provision of Service before any positive step. The Customer retains the power to validate the estimates submitted to it.
The estimate will then be forwarded to the Company BLUE ANGELS by the Company Partner.
The amount of the invoice can be adjusted at the time of purchase by means of payment stated in Article 6.2 of these Conditions of Use.
3.3 Termination of Subscription
The cancellation of a Subscription is three (3) months prior to expiration of the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment.
In the event of nonpayment by the subscriber’s subscription to the agreed dates, the company BLUE ANGELS may proceed to terminate the subscription contract without any compensation of any kind can be brought to bear.
ARTICLE 4 – BENEFITS TO MEASURE
BLUE ANGELS The Company also offers its customers timely access to its various services through customized services defined by the Company BLUE ANGELS on the Site and will first be a quote from the Client, and or more company (s) Partner (s) of the Company BLUE ANGELS.
The bill will be settled in accordance with Article 6 of these Conditions of Use.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
For communication between the Client and the Company BLUE ANGELS, the Customer may use the ways below:

5.1 Rules applicable to orders
Before taking control, and in order to be contacted within 24 hours concierge Blue Angels, the future Customer agrees to leave his contact information (name, address, telephone number and email address) on the registration form provided this purpose.
Orders formed by the customer, means of telephone, fax, e-mail will be sent to partner companies through the Company’s BLUE ANGELS.
The benefit of the Order is personal to Customer and may not be transferred for the benefit of a third party without the express prior consent of the Company BLUE ANGELS.
5.2 Confirmation of the order by the Company BLUE ANGELS
All orders will be confirmed to Customer by the Company BLUE ANGELS by email or fax as soon as possible.
This confirmation will include:
• the number listed in the order;
• the nature of government business;
• the unit price of business, tax and all taxes;
• turnaround services ordered;
• arrangements for implementation of government business;
• cancellation policy;
• the withdrawal period.
5.3 Acceptance of order by the Customer
In the event that the amount of the order exceeds three hundred (300) Euros, the Customer must absolutely confirm in writing (email, fax, or on the Customer assigned to each customer) and within 48 hours of acceptance to the Company BLUE ANGELS.
These orders will be final only after receipt by the Company BLUE ANGELS, acceptance by the Customer.
5.4 Monitoring of the order
BLUE ANGELS The Company will keep its customers informed, step by step monitoring of the Order and will provide all the information inherent in the said Order.
5.5 Changing the Order
The Customer will be contacted and alternative solutions will be proposed as soon as possible if:
• the unavailability or Service (s) order (s);
• to change the nature of the service (s) order (s);
• changes in the cost of the service (s) ordered (s);
• Modification of time for completion of the service (s);
The proposed alternatives will be implemented upon receipt of a written agreement returned by the Customer.
In the event that no alternative would be found or accepted by the Customer within five (5) working days, either Party may proceed with the outright cancellation of the Order.
No compensation of any kind whatsoever may be attributable to the Company BLUE ANGELS by the Customer of this fact.
In the event that a payment was made, and unless the alternative would be found totally different from the Customer’s order, it would be directly reimbursed by the Company BLUE ANGELS in case of cancellation of the Order.
5.6 Changing the Order by the Customer
Any changes or cancellation of orders made by the Customer must take place within a maximum period of seven (7) working days to be considered by the Company BLUE ANGELS.
In any event, any change or cancellation of order by the Customer is subject to express acceptance of the Company BLUE ANGELS.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT ORDER
6.1 Price of the order
Services will be invoiced on the basis of rates specifically indicated in euros and all taxes, upon confirmation of the order.
All services performed directly by the Company BLUE ANGELS will be charged on the following scale:
• Hourly rate of fifty euros (€ 50).
• Every hour started is due in full.
Any claim without subscription is made on or supplementary estimate.
The benefit will be increased by one hundred percent (100%) based on the hourly rate, the night from 21h and up to 7 am, Saturday, Sunday and / or holidays.
6.2 Payment of the order
When the services are performed by one or more company (s) Partner (s), the Client shall pay directly or Company (s) Partner (s) by any means of payment (check, cash, credit card or bank transfer bank account) or to receipt of the invoice issued by the Company Partner is the day of the execution of the service, according to the terms of settlement usually performed by each of the partner companies.
When the services are performed directly by the Company BLUE ANGELS, settlement will be made directly to the Company BLUE ANGELS by any means of payment on receipt of invoice.
Regulation can be done in other ways provided that the Customer is strictly advised in writing.
6.3 Failure to Pay
In case of failure to pay an invoice when due, the Company BLUE ANGELS may cancel orders without prior notice or prejudice of any compensation and / or course of action and without prejudice to the recovery of sums due from the Client.
ARTICLE 7 – TIME OF EXECUTION OF THE SERVICE
The conditions and time of execution of the services ordered will be determined at the time of the written confirmation to be sent to the Customer after acceptance of the quote by him.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of seven (7) days to assert his right to withdraw from the Company BLUE ANGELS, and this from the acceptance of the offer for the provision of services.
When the period of seven (7) day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
This right of withdrawal may be exercised without any reasons or incurring penalties.
In any event, no refund will be accepted after the period of seven (7) days of acceptance of the offer for services. In case of withdrawal, the refund will be made as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 9 – CLAIMS
The Company Partner is responsible for the proper performance of the Service in accordance with specifications signed with the Customer.
Therefore, for any claim, the Customer may apply directly to the Company’s partner at the numbers and addresses indicated in the estimate, signed by the Customer.
In case of complaints, the Customer may also contact the Company BLUE ANGELS by any means (mail, mail, telephone, fax, on the Site) pursuant to Article 5, which transmit to the partner company such claim.
In the event of poor performance or failure of delivery by a partner company, the Customer must notify the Company partner within a maximum of seven (7) days of their discovery.
The Company Partner must correct or rectify, at its expense, the services found to be defective.
ARTICLE 10 – FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of Force Majeure, the Company will be BLUE ANGELS suspend execution of the order or terminate the contract by written notice and without judicial intervention and without being required to pay damages.
Force Majeure means any event beyond the control of the Company BLUE ANGELS or its service providers, they could not foresee or overcome.
This event put the company BLUE ANGELS or its partner companies unable to perform the services must be external, unforeseeable and irresistible as defined in Article 1148 of the Civil Code.
These include, but are not limited to, strikes, illness of personnel, computer failure, flood, fire.
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (CNIL)
The information transmitted to the Company BLUE ANGELS will be used only for processing the Customer’s request and will remain strictly confidential.
The information collected in the information sheet will be used and will not be subject to external communication as to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Pursuant to Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, Customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data.
ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Site content is the property of the Company’s Blue Angel and is protected by French and international laws on Intellectual Property.
Reproduction in whole or part of its contents is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright.
ARTICLE 13 – LAW APPLICABLE TO CONTRACT
BLUE ANGELS The Company is a French company. The law applicable to contractual relations is the French law only.
ARTICLE 14 – DISPUTE
Failing amicable settlement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent civil courts.
In case of disputes with business customers and / or merchants, the courts will have jurisdiction in Grasse.
